By accessing and using A2B2 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

A2B2 is an agentic wealth intelligence platform that combines autonomous AI agents, multiple frontier models, and a verified human expert network. It provides intelligence aggregation, multi-model validation, and agentic research services.

A2B2 is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. A2B2 does not manage assets, execute trades, or provide personalised financial advice.

3. Not financial advice

The information and intelligence provided through A2B2 is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

A2B2 operates under the Publisher's Exclusion of the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and under the Broadcaster/Journalist exemption (Schedule 5) of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance. It publishes general-circulation intelligence — not personalised advice.

Always consult qualified, licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify A2B2 immediately of any unauthorised use.

Subscription tiers, billing, and renewal are governed by the plan you select. Founding-member rates apply only to accounts opened during the early-access window.

5. Expert and third-party content

Content published by experts, advisors, and CIOs on A2B2 represents their own views and opinions. While A2B2 verifies credentials, A2B2 does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content.

Commercial content and paid placements are clearly labelled per platform policy.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to the Service. Review the Privacy Policy to understand what A2B2 collects, how it is used, and the controls available to you.

7. Limitation of liability

A2B2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service or any investment decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Changes to these terms

A2B2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
