Profile information (role, credentials, professional affiliations)
Portfolio data you choose to share with the Service
Content you create, save, or share within the platform
Communications with the AI layer and with support

2. How we use your information

A2B2 uses the information collected to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Personalise multi-model AI synthesis with the financial context you have shared
Surface relevant verified-expert content based on your tracked themes
Verify expert credentials, where applicable to the user role
Communicate operational and platform updates

3. Information sharing

A2B2 does not sell user personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers who assist in operating the platform under a confidentiality obligation, with regulators where required by law, and to protect the rights and safety of users and A2B2.

Your queries, portfolio positions, and uploaded documents are never visible to other users, advertisers, brokers, financial institutions, or A2B2 staff without your explicit consent.

4. Your privacy controls

A2B2 provides granular control over the data that powers AI features and that is visible to others:

Portfolio visibility — choose what financial data, if any, powers AI synthesis on your behalf
Profile visibility — control what other users can see about your role and credentials
Content sharing — decide who sees your saved insights, research packs, and notes
Data export — request a copy of your data at any time
Account deletion — delete your account and all associated data

5. Data security

A2B2 implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information. Financial and personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access controls, audit logs, and least-privilege principles are applied to all internal staff access. SOC 2 audit is in progress; see the Security page for current trust posture.

6. Regional applicability

A2B2 launches in the United States and Hong Kong. Where applicable, A2B2 honours rights granted by GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and PDPO (Hong Kong) including access, deletion, and correction requests. Email privacy@a2b2.ai to exercise these rights.
